WHAT IS GOAL OF THE PROJECT?
The overall goal is to improve loyalty and sales. Based on business requirements, user insights and data research I developed new UX solutions for several user tasks. Specifically for user journeys 'Order overview', 'Order history', 'Track your order', ‘Split order', ‘Re-order' and ‘Cancel and returns' I created improved designs. The UX designs were made in high-level prototypes.
